Certified Nursing Assistant

RieLes Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for a 13-week Contract supporting the Tivoli at Divine Savior in Portage, WI. Tivoli at Divine Savior is a senior living community providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services. 13-week assignment

8 Hour 14 : 00 - 22 : 30

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, such as transferring residents and helping with walking or positioning
• Monitor and document residents' health, including vital signs and changes in condition
• Support residents during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure personalized and compassionate care
• Follow care plans and comply with facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
