Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help patients with mobility issues to move safely in and out of bed, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and medication administration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients by ensuring rooms are tidy and equipment is properly sanitized.
• Report any changes in patients' condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide the best possible care for patients.
