Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Join a busy and well-established personal injury law firm handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. As an Associate Attorney, you'll manage a caseload from intake through resolution while working closely with senior attorneys on more complex litigation matters. This is a full-time position with opportunities for courtroom experience, mentorship, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
- Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Support trial preparation and collaborate with the litigation team
What You'll Need
