What You'll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreementsConduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondenceAssist with civil litigation matters, including discovery and trial preparationSupport business transactional projects and provide strategic legal guidance to clientsWork closely with clients, stakeholders, and experienced attorneys across disciplinesWhat You'll Need
3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and / or transactional lawStrong writing, research, and analytical skillsInterest or background in real estate, land use, or civil litigationActive license to practice lawA collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented practiceApply Today
