Are you looking to begin a career in science, research, or food production? Join our R&D team as a Technician I , where you'll get hands-on experience working with real products, real equipment, and a team that's excited to help you grow.

What You'll Do

As an R&D Technician, you'll support our scientists and researchers as we develop new pet food and flavor products. You don't need years of experience-just a willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a collaborative team.

Your day-to-day work may include :

• Setting up and operating basic food processing equipment (we'll train you!)
• Preparing pet food samples for testing
• Weighing and measuring ingredients
• Assisting with simple flavor or product prep
• Keeping equipment and workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Recording data and monitoring equipment using electronic logs
• Rotating through different tasks and learning new skills across the lab
