QNXT Configuration Analyst

A company is looking for a QNXT Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business process redesign, communication, and change management for operations

Conduct assessments of internal business processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Serve as a liaison for audits and document audit walkthroughs and responses

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience

Four years of proven analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment

Experience in managed care operations and knowledge of related processes

Ability to write SQL queries

Experience with QNXT configuration and troubleshooting
