Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills with 1+ years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas : Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Tort, Transportation, Auto, General Liability, Personal Injury, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, Civil Litigation, Construction Litigation, Employment .

Responsibilities :

  • Handle cases from inception to conclusion
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Court appearances
  • Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications :

  • Strong research and writing skills
  • 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in PA.
  • Admission in other jurisdictions a plus!
