The Role

The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing the companys cash flow, liquidity, and banking operations to ensure optimal financial performance and risk management. This position will oversee daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation, while also managing and processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and review wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.

Manage and execute the companys payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities related to payroll and treasury.

Support internal controls, documentation, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to streamline cash management and payroll processes.

Monitor and manage daily cash balances and liquidity requirements across multiple accounts and entities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

24 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting

Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent credential.

Experience with multi-entity or international cash management.

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Machs total compensation package.
