The ideal candidate will contribute to compliance efforts, ensuring transactions align with regulatory standards and identifying any irregularities in financial activity.

Responsibilities :

• Investigate alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns or potentially suspicious activities.
• Analyze transactional behaviors to assess deviations from expected norms and identify inconsistencies.
• Conduct thorough follow-ups on flagged transactions and perform due diligence to determine legitimacy.
• Prepare detailed documentation of findings for review by senior compliance personnel or regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes.
• Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and apply them effectively in daily operations.
• Participate in training sessions to remain updated on evolving regulatory standards and best practices.
• Work alongside the technology team to optimize transaction monitoring systems for better performance.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills for analyzing financial data and resolving discrepancies.
• Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with high-volume numeric and computer-based data entry.
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
