They will be part of our Empowerment program that provides behavioral health services on the weekend. Overnight staff will ensure the safety of all clients through the entire night while they are in the facility. In this position you will work as part of a treatment team to implement treatment plans, redirect behavior, prompt daily living tasks, utilize non-violent physical crisis intervention, and assist with documentation.ScheduleFriday: 9pm-8amSaturday: 9pm-8amSunday: 9pm-8am (Only when the children are off from school)Consistency could vary but this role would likely be scheduled to work every other weekend. Primary ResponsibilitiesRemain awake and alert overnight while clients are in care.Conduct safety checks every 30 minutes to ensure the highest standard of care.Responsible for general housekeeping duties.Respond to clients needs during shift.Provide input for the planning of each childs treatment goals.Help implement individual treatment plans with each child.Assist with overnight medications, as needed.Complete clients health record notes and trip tickets RequirementsA valid drivers license with no legal restrictionsMinimum age requirement 21An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to attain oneA passion for working with children and the ability to work on a team Education & ExperienceAn accredited high school diploma or GED equivalencyThree (3) years of behavioral health experience or working with children preferred
