Job Description
HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality for a 340+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Daily operation of Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, and Accreditation
- Gap analysis and continuous survey readiness
- Supporting the organization’s mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.
Requirements :
