Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Home Health staff ( CNA, HHA,) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled care and support to patients across various settings and must have the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends as required by patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Responsibilities :
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ex bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Check vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain safe, clean environment for patients.
• Follow care plan under RN supervision.
• Must be available weekdays and weekends.
• Requirements :
• Active CNA license or HHA certificate in Florida.
• CPR certification and valid drivers license.
• Prior home health or facility care experience preferred ( 6 months)
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedule as needed ( mandatory)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must carry Liability insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Required to lift up to 50 pounds
