Job Description

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.

• National General is seeking an Auto Field Damage Estimator with strong time management skills, proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software, excellent negotiation abilities, and keen attention to detail. This is a field-based, territory-specific role, and the ideal candidate will be located in California, residing in or near Oceanside, Encinitas, or Escondido.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $32.88 - $45.16 hourly and is based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors. including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay, (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
