A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the adoption and optimization of Atlassian tools for hardware teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an Atlassian tool strategy aligned with hardware Product Development Process (PDP) workflows

Assess and improve current hardware development processes using Atlassian-based solutions

Drive the configuration, rollout, and onboarding of Atlassian tools while ensuring stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management or enterprise tool adoption

Expertise in deploying and administering Atlassian tools in large organizations

Strong understanding of hardware product development lifecycles

Experience leading change management initiatives in fast-paced environments

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
