Job Description Summary

The Facilities / Maintenance & Construction Manager for Lynn Plant Services will oversee construction, maintenance, and engineering projects at the Lynn manufacturing site. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the site's facilities. The manager will oversee a team of salaried and unionized team members and will work closely with vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results while adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage building permits for construction and maintenance projects.
• Oversee in-house craft project management and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop accurate project estimates, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively.
• Work effectively in a unionized environment, managing labor relations and adhering to collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Embrace GE Aerospace Lean System (FLIGHT DECK) to continue driving transformational improvements.

The base pay range for this position is $128,500-$150,000 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 18, 2025.
