Direct Hire CNC Programmer Hours and Pay Rate

  • Location : Oklahoma City
  • Pay : $75,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Direct Hire CNC Programmer Overview

Key Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join an advanced aerospace manufacturing company. This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate with strong hands-on CNC machining and programming experience, specifically with aerospace-type metallic and composite parts.

Direct Hire CNC Programmer Key Responsibilities

  • Program CNC machines for metallic and composite aerospace components
  • Utilize CAD / CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, CATIA, and / or Unigraphics (NX)
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to additional CAD / CAM software as needed
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates
  • Design and develop workholding fixtures, drill jigs, and related tooling
  • Support project quoting, job planning, and process development
  • Create tool lists, setup sheets, and documentation using Microsoft Office
  • Generate drawings for inspection, setups, and manufacturing support
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient machining processes

    • Direct Hire CNC Programmer Qualifications

  • Proven CNC programming experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and setup
  • Experience programming complex, precision-machined parts
  • Proficiency with CAD / CAM software (CATIA experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
