Q.A. PROCESS DEV. ANALYST

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Initiate, coordinate and report quality related data using testing, production and field services activities. Create and review reports. Will be responsible to identify problems as well as initiate improvement. Recommend new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. Department contact with customers and sales representatives. Any additional duties required to meet department goals.

EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years experience with quality processes, customer service or accounting background preferred.
• Knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes preferred.
• Good knowledge with formulas, percentages and / or mathematical calculations.
• In depth experience with Lotus 1-2-3, Excel creating spreadsheets and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal required.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends when necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Frequent : Handel, hear manual dexterity, sit, speak, stand and walk.

General office environment.
