Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction of a cross-functional team delivering user-facing digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of new features and technical improvements across frontend and backend systems

Provide architectural guidance and set engineering standards while mentoring engineers

Collaborate with product management to clarify requirements and manage technical debt

Required Qualifications

7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with expertise in React and Ruby on Rails

Experience leading technical decision-making and guiding architecture in web applications

Strong understanding of API design and frontend-backend integration patterns

Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL

Familiarity with CI / CD workflows and Agile development environments
