A company is looking for a Research System and Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the research administration system through analysis, maintenance, testing, and modifications
Monitor system performance and conduct regular testing to ensure usability and functionality
Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation and training resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Considerable experience with Huron Research Suite functionality and system integrations
Experience documenting business processes in alignment with system requirements
Experience researching and resolving functional / technical system issues
Ability to create system requirements documentation and conduct thorough system testing
