UKG Pro Integration Developer

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Integration Developer to join their Systems Integrations team.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems using industry-standard tools and APIs

Collaborate with HCM implementation consultants, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and create technical specifications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while managing multiple client projects concurrently

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience in software development with proficiency in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)

Hands-on experience with UKG Pro integrations, SQL, APIs, or middleware (Dell Boomi experience preferred)

Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Benefits systems is highly desirable

Experience creating, testing, and deploying integration solutions in production environments

Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST / SOAP web services is a plus
