Position Title : Program Manager

Location : North Carolina - Hybrid role!

Expected Duration : 12 months

Pay Range : $85-$90 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description :

Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Finance value streams, driving execution aligned to business goals and market needs. Lead complex product enhancements and new product development in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across technology, business, compliance, risk, and operations. Act as the Product Manager at the Program / ART level within a SAFe Agile environment, owning program backlogs, prioritization, PI planning, and value delivery tied to measurable outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate product direction, manage tradeoffs, and ensure governance, transparency, and delivery of quality. Guide and coach Product Owners and Business Analysts, serving as the escalation point for product impediments.

Required Skills :

• 2+ years as a Digital Product Manager with prior leadership experience as Product Owner or Product Delivery Manager.
• strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• expertise in product strategy, road mapping, metrics, and end-to-end delivery; proven ability to influence across stakeholders.
• hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred, Scrum).
