A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Engineer to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through the internal ticketing system
Create and update documentation as required
Prepare reports on technical issues needing further investigation or action by other departments
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment
Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and SaaS environments
Understanding of HTML and browser development tools for debugging and testing
Experience in remote work environments, start-ups, or managed services is a plus
