Your Role as a BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst , you'll take on a leadership and mentorship role within our growing team. You'll design, oversee, and guide individualized ABA programs that transform lives. You'll also mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, and create an environment where every child - and every team member - can thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
Creating and implementing skill acquisition and social skills programs (including FBAs and FAAs).
Supervising and training Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation.
Leading parent and caregiver training sessions to generalize progress at home and in the community.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and caregivers to support client goals.
Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in compliance with company and ethical standards.
Staying up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in the field of ABA.
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification (BACB) - or eligible to sit for the exam soon.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
A compassionate approach and passion for helping children succeed.
Willingness to travel up to 50% between service locations.
