Armed & Unarmed Security

Overview :

  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
  • Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
  • Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
  • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Various shifts full and part time available
  • Additional duties as assigned

You Provide :

  • Genuine desire and interest in the security industry
  • Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills to include word and outlook
  • Great communication / writing skills
  • Ability to obtain an Alaska State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors)
  • Women, Minorities and Veterans are encouraged to apply
  • 18 years of age and older
  • DRIVERS LICENSE and clean driving abstract
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing

    • Starting Wage $20-$26hr / DOE

    Education Requirements : High School Diploma or GED

    Certification Requirements : Valid State Drivers License

    This job reports to the Uniform Security Manager. This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift. Travel is required occasionally.
