We're seeking an HVAC Controls Technical Services Engineer in Dallas, TX to program, commission, and optimize building automation systems for commercial facilities.

- Drive continuous improvement of HVAC controls and automation capabilities
Responsibilities
Program and configure building automation systems (Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Johnson Controls)Commission HVAC control systems and verify proper operationDevelop custom graphics, trends, and alarm management strategiesTroubleshoot control sequences and resolve system performance issuesOptimize control strategies to improve energy efficiency and comfortProvide remote and on-site technical support to service teams and clientsDocument system configurations and maintain as-built recordsTrain building operators on BAS functionality and best practicesRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years of experience with building automation systemsStrong programming skills in Niagara (Tridium), Distech, or similar platformsSolid understanding of HVAC systems and control sequencesKnowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other control protocolsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's license and willingness to travel locallyNice-to-Haves
Associate degree in HVAC, Controls, or related technical fieldManufacturer certifications (Tridium, Distech, Siemens, JCI)Experience with HVAC system commissioningFamiliarity with energy management and fault detection diagnosticsCompensation & Logistics
