Role Summary
The Collections Specialist will manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation of invoices and payments while maintaining accurate records. This role is critical to driving effective collections and supporting cash flow management.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies, manage disputes, and maintain strong relationships. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
