A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and speed
Accurately document customer interactions in client systems
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a transaction-based environment
High School Diploma or GED / equivalent
Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Must reside in specified states : TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, or NC
