We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Agent who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow a rewarding career.

Compensation & Incentives :

Base compensation up to $40,000

Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually

Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+

Paid training and clear career growth opportunities

Schedule & Work Environment :

Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding

After 6 months : Hybrid agreed upon schedule

After 12 months or upon reaching production goals : 100% remote option

MUST ALREADY HAVE TX PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Position Overview :

As a Bi-Lingual Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high-income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.
