Job Title: Cabinet Maker
Location: Lakeville, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team in producing high-quality, custom cabinetry. This hands-on position involves sanding, cutting, assembly, and general labor related to cabinet manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with woodworking tools, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and assemble custom cabinets based on blueprints or specifications
  • Cut, shape, and sand wood and wood substitutes using hand tools and power equipment
  • Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Perform general shop labor including cleaning, organizing, and material handling
  • Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Lift and carry materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs)
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in woodworking or cabinetry preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient with saws, sanders, drills, and other woodworking tools
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in a shop setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings or shop plans
  • Knowledge of joinery and finishing techniques
