A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to serve as the primary interface with a federal client and lead technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure overall productivity and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and resource utilization

Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and mandates

Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with the development team and government client to review project status

Required Qualifications

US Citizen

Secret Clearance required

Master's degree (or MBA) in strategic / change management, business administration or equivalent

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management related to military human resource management
