Plant Superintendent (Nights)

Qualifications :

• Must have a BS or BA in Business Management or equivalent work experience of 5-10 years in the food processing industry.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing and must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have good mathematical background to be able to perform calculations on yield productivity timecards reports etc.
• Must be able to evaluate supervisors lead persons and Team Members fairly and objectively strong human resource skills.
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
