A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on SDR and CSM support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enablement programs for SDRs and CSMs, including onboarding and ongoing training
Assist in content management by curating training materials and maintaining updated resources
Track enablement metrics and provide insights to refine programs and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training & development
Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness
Self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
