Job Title : Project Manager

Job Opportunity : Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading IT projects from initiation through closure coordinating cross-functional teams managing risks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management proficiency in multiple project management methodologies and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle ensuring successful delivery of IT initiatives while meeting business requirements timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Initiation

Define project scope goals objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets including resource allocation and risk assessments.

Execution & Monitoring

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers analysts engineers vendors) through the project lifecycle using Agile Scrum Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.

Track project progress KPIs and budget adherence implementing changes as needed.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks issues and dependencies; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Stakeholder Communication

Establish and implement a clear communication plan providing timely status updates reports and potential blockers to team members management and clients.

Quality Assurance

Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

Coordinate quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

Resource Management

Manage project resources including internal staff equipment and third-party vendors to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

Documentation & Closure

Oversee the creation of all project documentation (project charters technical documentation reports).

Ensure proper project closure including post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

As a Project Manager you will ensure smooth project execution maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive the successful delivery of IT initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of experience in IT project management successfully delivering complex IT solutions.

Strong understanding of SDLC IT infrastructure (networks servers cloud computing) databases and cybersecurity principles.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall) and tools such as Jira ServiceNow.

Excellent leadership communication time management problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Adaptable able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
