How to Qualify :

✅ 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Within the past 2 Years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and NEC requirements

✅ Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues

✅ Experienced in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential systems and equipment

✅ Comfortable using basic technology for communication and documentation

What We Offer :

$40,000–$60,000 depending on experience

️ 1 week paid vacation after one year and 2 weeks after 3 years

Paid holidays after 90 days

Life insurance & Aflac with employer contribution after 90 days

Local work only — no overnight travel

Consistent schedule : Monday–Thursday 7 : 30AM–5 : 30PM, Weekends Emergency On-Call Rotation

Skills :

• Read and interpret technical drawings and NEC requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently and safely
• Test systems using meters and diagnostic tools
• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and equipment; background in residential pool work a plus
• Apply basic technological knowledge for documentation and communication

Basic Requirements :

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must pass background and reference checks

Must be able to pass a drug screen
