We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to lead and oversee our client's billing operations. This is a contract consulting role that will last for at least 6 months. This role will manage a team of 5, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of five billing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, cash receipts, and account reconciliations.
• Identify and implement strategies to streamline billing workflows and improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports, KPIs, and financial metrics for leadership review.
• Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing issues and support business objectives.

Pay Details : $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
