Job Description

The Superintendent II is responsible for directly managing a project's construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date. This position is required to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and / or craft activates on projects. This person should be able to oversee $1MM - $5MM with some guidance from senior level field leadership.

The base salary range for the Superintendent III in Colorado is between $100,000- 145,000.
