Support Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a growing consulting and data operations team. This individual will play a key role in supporting project execution, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, or benefit management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate team calendars and project schedules to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client documentation, spreadsheets, and CRM records to support accurate data tracking.
• Support new client onboarding by gathering required data, verifying documentation, and managing system entries.
• Track and report on project milestones , ensuring internal systems are updated with current status and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary support contact for consultants, providing timely responses and escalating issues when necessary.
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to assist with billing processes, data validation, and governance activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
