Job Title : Corporate Procurement Analyst

Onsite, Placement Location : Springfield, Missouri

Who will you report to? Manager, Corporate Procurement Services

Work Schedule : Monday Friday / 37.50 hours, weekly minimum.

Travel : Minimal

What Youll Do

  • Participate in cross?functional teams including IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to lead sourcing and contract activities
  • Manage incoming contracts, including IT and Software as Service agreements (SaaS), overseeing renewals, negotiations, and coordination with contract owners while preparing clean, accurate documentation for Legal review
  • Process contract renewals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with contract owners
  • Evaluate vendors, analyze proposals, and lead sourcing initiatives by translating business objectives into clear priorities, pricing objectives, and negotiation strategies
  • Interpret contractual language up?front and relay key terms, risks, and implications to non?legal stakeholders
  • Prepare clean, accurate documents before legal review
  • Execute and track procurement workflows using Coupa and related systems, ensuring adherence to compliance standards

What Were Looking For

  • College degree, preferred; however, relevant procurement work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Contract experience (procurement or supply chain preferred)
  • Experience negotiating contracts and asking tough questions
  • Proven ability to identify or contribute to cost?savings
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and strong research skills

    • Skills & Tools

  • Coupa, Oracle, or other procurement system knowledge (SAP a plus)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating professionally both verbally and through written communication
