We are looking for a Server to join our team!

Servers are responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through genuine hospitality. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to : greeting and taking food and drink orders, and assisting with Busser, Food Runner and Barista duties as directed. A friendly, accommodating demeanor, as well as an ability to multitask, are essential for success in this position.

Essential Functions

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders in the Toast POS system
• Safely and effectively transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests
• Assist with bussing duties as need
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Stock / restock appropriate areas of the dining room with glassware, ice and supplies
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekend
• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
• Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and / or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and / or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
