We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fords, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The role is 100% onsite and involves supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a high standard of work.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and manage appointments to optimize efficiency.
- Perform filing tasks to maintain organized records and documentation.
- Draft and edit well-crafted letters and correspondence.
- Operate office equipment to fax, scan, and create files as needed.
- Coordinate lunch orders and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete various assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and a positive work environment.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage reception duties and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Experience with filing, faxing, and scanning.
- Capability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Detail-oriented approach and business casual attire required.
