Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate. The Company recently raised $458MM in its latest opportunistic fund, marking a key milestone for the company.

We are seeking an Asset Management Associate, who will be responsible for helping the Asset Manager develop and implement a strategy for an assigned portfolio of properties and help contribute to building the asset management platform. DUTIES :

• Responsible for assisting the Asset Manager drive the asset’s full lifecycle returns through intensive asset management and relentless pursuit of value-add.
• Own the production of data and analysis of asset level cashflow models, budgets, in-place NOI, valuations, lease analysis, hold / sell analysis, and other various ad-hoc financial analysis for your assets.
• Assist the Asset Manager in formulating and executing short-and long-term asset strategies while deploying the broader strategic objectives of the company.
• Professionally and effectively present recommendations and performance information to senior management and related partners.
• Support the Asset Management team efforts to run asset level cashflows, provide financial analysis for decision making, onboard new assets, and manage the business plan.
• Prepare quarterly reporting to senior management, and work with internal Investments team to dispose of the asset.
• Support the Asset Management team to identify at-risk projects and propose corrective solutions to senior management.

WHAT WE OFFER

The annual compensation range is $104,000 - $155,000 and this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
