Your Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care and assist residents with daily activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as instructed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and accurately document patients' vital signs and health information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and execute personalized care plans.
• Provide essential wound care and respond to nursing interventions as required.
• Support and guide Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving duties.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
