A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues

Provide best in class service and assist members with financial transactions

Educate members about financial opportunities and promote products and services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience

1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment preferred

Ability to follow established routines under close supervision

Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure

Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
