Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam/Critter Control Wildlife Service Technician, you can expect to:
- Safely, humanely, and effectively manage nuisance wildlife on residential, commercial, and rural properties across Arizona
- Inspect properties to identify wildlife activity, entry points, and environmental or structural conditions contributing to infestations
- Implement humane trapping, relocation, and exclusion strategies in compliance with state and federal wildlife regulations
- Repair and seal entry points and install exclusion materials to prevent future wildlife intrusion
- Work with a wide variety of Arizona wildlife, including raccoons, skunks, bats, snakes, pack rats, pigeons, and other desert-adapted species
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in urban, rural, and desert environments
- Educate customers on wildlife behavior, prevention methods, and long-term solutions
- Document inspections, findings, and services performed accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate professionally with customers, demonstrating strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, working in attics and crawl spaces, handling tools, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- Follow safety standards, humane handling practices, and company protocols at all times
- Participate in training, licensing, and ongoing education related to wildlife control and local ecosystems

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
