Location : Philadelphia PA (4-6 Weeks onsite for end user training)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle C2M, Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM).
• Experience in training design, adult learning methodologies, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of utility industry processes, smart metering, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot C2M system issues and guide users effectively.
• conduct training programs on Oracle C2M functionalities, including Customer Care, Billing, Meter Data Management (MDM),
