Material Handler Remnant Inventory & Material Movement (2nd Shift)

The Material Handler Remnant Inventory & Material Movement (2nd Shift) is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely transport of raw materials, test specimens, and finished goods throughout the facility. This includes maintaining organized and traceable remnant inventory, ensuring material availability to support production schedules, and operating material handling equipment safely. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing delays in testing operations.

Compensation : $22.00-$24.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Track, organize, and properly store remnant materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of remnant inventory using inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Identify, label, and log usable remnants for future production or machining use.
• Ensure material movements are executed in a timely manner to support testing and production timelines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Assist in periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Update inventory systems and documentation to reflect material movements, adjustments, and restocking.
