A company is looking for a Senior Retention & Lifecycle Designer to lead and enhance lifecycle creative across various brands.
Key Responsibilities
Own lifecycle design output across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging touchpoints
Manage and prioritize the workload of designer VAs to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Act as the creative liaison between Retention and Brand teams to maintain alignment and velocity
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience designing for DTC, CPG, or consumer brands
Experience with lifecycle or performance-focused creative, particularly in email and SMS
Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent design tool
Experience managing junior designers or contractors is a strong plus
Ability to interpret compliance guidance and apply it to creative execution
