Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship complex product features with reliable and scalable data
Own work from problem definition to delivery, ensuring long-term support
Mentor other developers and set strong engineering practices through code reviews and technical standards
Required Qualifications
A degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with production software and making data-driven technical decisions
Strong experience with databases, data modeling, and data-driven systems at scale
Ability to transform complex problems into clear, maintainable solutions
Experience mentoring developers or leading technical discussions within a team
