The Director, Corporate Applications & Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, optimization, and operational excellence of Duly's portfolio of 70+ corporate applications and services. This role ensures that systems supporting Finance, HR, Operations, Call Center, Facilities, and administrative functions are reliable, scalable, and aligned to business and clinical priorities. This leader is accountable for driving business outcomes through strong project execution, deep technical competence, vendor and contract management, and continuous improvement. The Director will lead a team of 7-10 professionals while fostering synergy across applications, identifying cost savings, and enabling tools that improve efficiency, experience, and performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Application & Service Portfolio LeadershipOwn the strategy, lifecycle, optimization, and governance of 70+ enterprise applications and corporate systems.Ensure application reliability, scalability, compliance, and alignment to Duly's operational and clinical priorities.Evaluate, standardize, consolidate, or retire systems to reduce redundancy and maximize business value.Establish KPIs and dashboards to track application health, service performance, and business impact.Project & Delivery ManagementLead medium- to large-scale application initiatives, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria.Apply project management discipline to ensure predictable execution and transparent communication.Act as escalation point for system issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.Vendor & Contract ManagementManage relationships with software vendors, consulting partners, and service providers.Lead contract reviews, renewals, RFPs, and licensing optimization to drive savings.Ensure vendor performance meets SLAs, quality expectations, and operational needs.Continuously assess the market for innovative, cost-effective tools and services.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and support a team of 7-10 analysts, administrators, and specialists.Build a culture of ownership, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.Develop skill sets aligned to business needs and emerging technologies.Set annual goals, review progress quarterly, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, HR, Call Center, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure applications support business process excellence.Support corporate leaders with insights, data, process optimization, and recommendations for technology adoption.Work closely with the Information & Transformation team on enterprise strategies and digital transformation initiatives.SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT SCOPE Manages a team of approximately 7-10 internal staff and oversees consultants, contractors, and vendors as required.Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems management, or technology leadership.8+ years of management experience leading technology teams.5+ years supporting Finance / Accounting systems or ERP environments.Demonstrated experience managing application portfolios, system integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.Proven success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.Healthcare experience preferred but not required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESS
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integration concepts, and system architecture. Experience with Salesforce, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms.Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient technical solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.Ability to lead complex projects across multiple functions.Exceptional communication skills with staff, physician leaders, executives, and external partners.High sense of urgency, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of finance and accounting processes and internal control requirements.The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $203,792.37 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
