Your Responsibilities Include:

• Standards of Practice: Utilize the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver competent care.
• Therapeutic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with patients and families while integrating cultural understanding into your practice.
• Collaboration: Actively work with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure holistic care.
• Education and Promotion: Employ strategies for health teaching and promote a safe environment for all.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current BCLS certification or willingness to obtain within a month of hire.
• Experience: All RNs are encouraged to progress through the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
• Licensure/Certification: Must be a licensed and currently registered nurse in the State. Clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged.
