Our clients include mid-sized privately held companies, multinational corporations, and public accounting firms seeking professionals with expertise in :
Federal and multi-state income tax compliance
Tax planning and strategy
ASC 740 / income tax provision
International tax and transfer pricing
High-net-worth individual and trust / estate returns
SALT and indirect tax
Corporate, partnership, and LLC structures
